His diverse work includes having seized multiple vessels in Korea for several US- and European-based companies, representing a Russian aircraft dealership to obtain an outstanding seven-figure debt from a US manufacturer, obtaining an outstanding debt against a US company for a Russian company selling seafood products, and arbitrating a multi-million dollar breach of contract action before CIETAC in Shenzhen, China. Charles recently won a landmark maritime case expanding a cruise line’s duty to care for passengers through their final disembarkation in Italy and prevailed in a two week contempt action brought in the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals.
